Google redirected can't use windows update

Hi My Name is Ed and I'm new to this site. I have had lots of problems with my computer. I have ran McAfee, Super AntiSpyware, and Malwarebytes. They have all gotten rid of some torjans but my browser (Google Chrome & IE) still redirects to spam sites sometimes. It always do this when I try to go to Windows Update and occasionally other sites as well (seems random maybe?).

I can usually get rid of malware and torjans pretty easily, but whatever this is is really stumping and frustrating me. If anyone could help me that would be awesome.
