I was tempted to post straight onto the Malware/Virus/Trojan board, but I'm not 100% certain yet...so I figured I'd ask here first.

For the past few weeks, I've had to reboot my system at least twice a day. While using Internet Explorer, it will eventually freeze and parts of the screen turns white. I know what "normal" freezing looks like - this is beyond anything I've experienced before. On top of that, I cannot access Safe Mode. When I attempt to get there, it stays frozen on the first black and white screen that shows a ton of text/codes. It never moves past that, and then I'm forced to reboot.

Can someone please help?

Thanks!

-Laura

Since no one has responded in weeks, and the problem has only gotten worse, I posted it in the Malware forum instead.
