I've recieved a very hardy virus or trojan that i can't seem to be rid off. So far I've run MSE in normal boot, MSE in safe boot, malicious software removal tool in safe boot, and recently I tried using combofix in normal boot. I've attached a log file that came out of combofix. So far host process is crashing and another program actually crashed during combofix, i dont remember the name of it and i should have probably written it down unless its in the log file somewhere. I managed to get rid of the whitesmoke, however i get the "chinese translation" thing going on where it prevents you from typing english. If more information is needed I am eager to post it as I have an online final in 2 days.

Hello duckets ,

We'll deal with the WhiteSmoke leftovers in a bit, but it looks like you have a bigger problem to deal with first :

Download TDSSKiller.zip
  • Extract it to your desktop
  • Double click TDSSKiller.exe
  • Press Start Scan
    • If Malicious objects are found then ensure Cure is selected
    • Then click Continue > Reboot now
  • Copy and paste the log in your next reply
    • A copy of the log will be saved automatically to the root of the drive (typically C:\)

Thanks,
tea
