Removing Security Tool

Just spent the last two hours getting rid of Security Tool (via this site, thank you!). But when I got to the end where I have to hosts-perm.bat I don't think it downloaded, and to make matters worse, when I looked for C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc.\HOSTS, I couldn't find any "etc.\HOSTS" at all. Has Security Tool hijacked that file???? Please help! I am sooooooooooo frustrated! Thanks!
