So I may have to upgrade my pc, if I can't get it working again (please see my post under Forum "Am I Infected"). My main use would be storage & editng digital images/photos, web browsing & email, with the possibility of using AutoCAD or some other Drafting software in future, so will need a good graphics video card. So far I've owned 2 pc's and both have crapped out after 5 years, so I guess that's the reality of the world we live in. I'm not really a technophile, but when I need to be I do dig in and research a topic when properly motivated. We presently have a non-functional desktop but have it hooked up to WIFI, because there's no Telephone jacks in the room we use for an office. I have had some recent Malware issues, and this is off topic, but how do I ensure that my back-up flash drives are clean before I re-load my files to the new pc?
