Is your .pdb file a Palm Data Base file or a different application?

PDB files used by different programs are usually saved in a proprietary format, meaning they can only be opened by the program they were installed with. For example, an Intuit Quicken PDB file is not recognized by Microsoft Visual Studio. Therefore converting them may make them unreadable.

EDIT: since you have this post in the DOS/PDA/Other category I'll assume it's for a Palm.

Take a look here: http://www.processtext.com/abcpalm.html

ABC Amber Palm Converter is an utility which converts your PDB and PRC (Palm) files to any format you wish (PDF, HTML, CHM, RTF, HLP, DOC, and many more) easily and quickly.
<snip>
ABC Amber Palm Converter is freeware. This means that the program can be freely used at no charge.
