I hope someone can help me? I am not highly computer literate and last night when I logged onto my laptop there was a “new” icon on my desktop called “HDD Controller”. Obviously this is a scam that makes you think there is something wrong with your hard drive, RAM etc. Is there a straight forward way of removing this from my computer? I could not figure it out last night and just kept getting an Error message.
Please help, a local big Box store wants to charge me $200+ to remove. I would really appreciate it:)
