In which way malwarebytes is acting up? Not installing type error? or does not show the GUI?

Try installing malwarebytes through the Directory service restore mode in F8. Then if it works go back to SAFE mode and see if it installs. If it does, run the quick scan, than restart normally and clean with quick scan. Try also to edit the folder malwarebytes is trying to install to if you know how to and if you need to.
