Hello to All and Happy Thanksgiving,

I am new to this site but have been supporting about 24 users and their computers for several years. We have had our share of virus's, trojan's, etc. and are always looking to stay up on what the current methods of prevention and remediation.

I support mostly Dell Laptops but also a small array of generic desktops, eeepc netbooks, etc. My Wife works at a preschool. The PCs at her work seem to infected more often. It has Symantec internet security installed.... I have seen three of the machines at her
