Anytime I play a movie (not sure about a DVD or CD, haven't tried it with that) after a while my laptop just shuts off. This doesn't happen any other time. I can have photoshop running with browsers with 10 tabs and sure it will slow down but not just RANDOMLY shut off.

Everytime it does this I have to wait a bit and then turn it back on and when I do I always get this message.

So is this a hardware problem or a software problem or a virus problem?

Thanks!

Try to download the latest drivers for your computer type.
