Ok I want a Blu-ray player and I see many that are internet enabled with Wifi and netflix and pandora and all that stuff. I am cool with all that but have one hitch: If the player is connected to my "Network" can it access any stored content I have on my PC?

What standard am I looking for to make this happen? I do not want to buy a NAS or Media-Server in addition to a player, seems kind of redundant and stupid when the computer is already on the network. Computer is Win7 64-Bit.

Edit: Moved topic from General Chat to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

Some players can but most don't have this capability. You would have to shop around and see if you can find one that could do this.
