I have recently had a number of blue screen crashes and could not single out a device driver as the cause and malwarebytes and superantispyware scans were finishing clean. But i ran Spyware Doctor and it found a Trojan BHO (Browser Helper Object) in System 32 Folder called ctfmonwkd.exe, there is another application there called ctfmon and i think is a microsoft file. Should i delete the ctfmonwkd.exe ?

Hello the real ctfmon file is located in C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe

This file is malware.
