Hi all:
I have tried many things on this I-pod touch 8gb, short from taking it apart.

It is out of warranty.
It does not turn on! At all. No Signal, dead...
Anyways I try to reset it holding the power and home button for a couple seconds but did not work.
The white tissue inside the head-phone jack is white so it has no water damage...

Do you have any suggestions...

Thank-you!

Does it do anything when you plug it in?

No it does not... :rip:

I tried to look for it in the I-tunes devices but it does not come up.
