Hi
New here obviously.
I got a pc that keeps randomly crashing. Sometimes it goes straight to reboot and sometimes it just freezes. Sometimes it works fine for hours. Doesn't make any difference whether I'm online or off.
I've tried all the usual, ie every registry check program under the sun etc..but no luck. I've tried checkdsk, and I even tried reloading XP but the freeking thing just froze even then!! Fortunately the hd was not ovrwritten.
I got a hijackthis log but where do I post it? And any other suggestions would be so, so much appreciated.

Windows XP Pro SP3

Thanks guys

John

Hi John and welcome to the forum!!

If something is posted in the wrong forum (ie a hijack log) someone will notify the moderators and it will be moved to the appropriate forum

Our Malware Response Team is top notch
I am sure they can assist you if you are infected.
In the beginning there was the command line.
