If I exit Quicken 2009 with File/Exit the computer reboots, but does not reboot when I Exit using the X top right. If I exit Outlook Express with the X topright computer reboots, but does not reboot when I exit usint File/Exit. Get the same error message that takes me to Microsoft site and tells me to update my drivers. My drivers are all up to date. I am running AVG 2011, Malewarebytes, and CCleaner. Last complete scan shows NO spyware.

I would try uninstalling Quicken...then reinstalling it and updating it.
