I have not had any problems with startup programs and I have not posted for help so I'm not sure what you are referring to.

In any case, are you saying that you deleted your anti-virus program's startup entry and it keeps returning? And if so, why would you want to keep it from running at startup?

What exactly are you trying to do here?

hi
you might have deleted the program but not uninstalled.
No just remove the program entry from the startup list.
start->run->type msconfig and hit enter
click on startup tab, in the list find your program entry and uncheck it
click apply and ok
