I have just wasted 24 hours trying to repair my mates laptop. It was so locked up it wouldn't allow me to load any sort of software to assist in finding the problem (internet or disc drive). I remembered reading something about Task Manager Processes but was blocked from Task Manager as well.
THE CURE.
I hit restart on the laptop. On the first flash of the screen hit Ctrl/Alt/Esc and Task Manager popped up before it could be blocked. In process catagory found "borxjcjtsbl.exe". I hit the stop process button and hey presto the laptop was back to normal. As a precaution I have run all the usual scans now that I can. This is my introduction to this site and I just hope this helps at least one person out there!!!!

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
