I, being the mischievous, tech-savvy young brother that I am, would like to monitor the network activity on my laptop with wireshark when my brother is using it. i.e. wireshark is running on my desktop, he's on the laptop. I try connecting to remote host, but it always times out. Any ideas?

EDIT: Time out was due to my firewall, fixed. but now my laptop "Actively refuses" the connection.
