If you're referring to disabling Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware's real-time protection (registered version only):
  • Right-click on the MBAM icon in the systray and uncheck Enable Protection.
  • When asked, "Are you sure you want to disable the MBAM Protection Module?", click Yes.
  • Right-click on the MBAM icon again and then uncheck Start with Windows.
  • Right-click on the MBAM icon once more and select Exit.
  • When asked, "Are you sure you want to exit the MBAM Protection Module?", click Yes.
  • The Protection Module is now disabled and will not restart.
Another way to keep Malwarebytes from loading at startup, is to launch the program and do the following:
  • Click the Protection Tab.
  • Uncheck the box Start protection module with Windows.
  • Click Exit to close the MBAM window.
  • Right-click on the MBAM icon in the systray and select Exit.
  • When asked, "Are you sure you want to exit the MBAM Protection Module?", click Yes.
To temporarily disable Malwarebytes':
  • Right-click on the MBAM icon in the systray and click Exit.
  • When asked, "Are you sure you want to disable the MBAM Protection Module?", click Yes.
  • This will only disable it until the next reboot and then the program will automatically be enabled again.

If you are using the unregistered version, then it does not provide real-time protection and there is nothing to disable.
