Skype shut down problems

i recently had to system restore my laptop due to a huge virus attack. now ive got it up and running again my skype will start up but will not shut down also cuts off all the time aswell.


ive got some error logs will paste them hopefully someone knows wot to do.

also get this error message from skype extras every time it crashes.

ive checked the firewall and its says it is running ok

I'm actually surprised Skype is still up and running as a service with all the disputes about the core technology that were going on.
