Hi,

So I thought I got rid of the GRV when I used the tdss.rootkit killer tool, but apparently it's back. Now I think it's creating popups on links elsewhere as well. The rootkit killer tool isn't detecting anything either. To make matters worse, I've gotten the blue screen several times since removing the rootkit. The first one asked me about malware protection programs installed (asked me to uninstall??) and the other asked about new programs I'd recently installed. Trend-Micro isn't getting rid of it though it did detect a bkdr_cycbot.sme in the c:\docume~1\becca\locals~1\temp\dwm.exe file (which I can't find) today. I deleted it from the Trend-Micro Quarantine folder, but the dwm.exe file keeps popping as an error/can't run when I turn on my computer. The exact same virus also showed up in the Trend-Micro scan again. Help! What do I do?

Thanks:)
