lately I have been getting what seems to be an abnormal amount of these I'll call them warning strips like a pop up saying this website wants you to run adobe flash player. go to what ever blah blah website to download the latest version.
I don't mind the pop up strip, thought it was typical, but now I can't run any videos from you tube, the radar loop screen on the weather website I usually go to and I just found this on another application I tried to run this evening.
I have been noticing a we bit of a slow down in the computer over all as well.

am I being paranoid or did I pick something up somewhere along the line?
any help would be appreciated,
