Sloww ,Can I fix disk problem

Main problems were
1.Problem with a red flag-
said: The average disk length is 1
The disk may be at its maximum transfer capacity due to throughput and disk seeks.says disk reads 49.0secs +writes 9.8/secs-???what to do?

Experienceing excessive paging _System Momory is Low-

Can I do anythin about this with out buying memory? test said I have67 MB available.


I ran and took care of any virus's and malware last night per your suggestions, and then ran these test,

I have done disk clean up ,and unstalled files ,could these warnings I got be causing my system to be so slow,if so what can I do?If its not too complicated, not scared of it though.Thanks
