Okay if you do not have it and have a Windows based operating System go to Microsoft Site and get Windows Defender and update it to the max. Then get it to scan your system a full long scan. Then get if you can afford it Bulldog Antivirus update it and scan. If you can not afford it get AVG its FREE for life. You'll have to massively update it. After that scan and see if any of this helps.
