Okay so the issue is I have two computers I'm working on where the people visited porn sites and now their internet is down? I have had this issue before but usually I run Dr. Web and Malware bytes and the issue is fixed I did that already and this time it didn't fix it? I could use any suggestions on how to fix this issue. Basically the internet browser opens for IE or Google Chrome and it says unable to open yet it can still retain updates and what not from the internet. Please if you have any information let me know.

Hello andcwelcome,
Please click Start > Run, type inetcpl.cpl in the runbox and press enter.

Click the Connections tab and click the LAN settings option.

Verify if "Use a proxy..." is checked, if so, UNcheck it and click OK/OK to exit.

Now check if the internet is working again.

Rerun MBAM (MalwareBytes) like this:

Open MBAM in normal/regular mode and click Update tab, select Check for Updates, when done
click Scanner tab, select Quick scan and scan (normal mode).
After scan click Remove Selected, Post new scan log and Reboot into normal mode.
