Is there any way to make a partition on a HD that is already in use as the system drive, but is not full(OS=Win XP)? To clarify, here is my situation:
I have a 160GB drive (System, 46% free space) and a 10GB drive. The 10GB is about 8 years old, and is significantly louder than the new one. I want to remove the 10GB drive and copy its contents onto a 10GB partition on the system drive. The system drive has only one, 160GB partition, however, so this might not be possible, but if it is, please let me know. I read the tutorial, and from that, it seems impossible.

PS: I don't want to re-format the drive and re-install XP, either.
