I recently got a virus, I'm assuming, that caused me to not be able to get on the Internet. I downloaded dr. Web and malewarebyte but I am having trouble with dr. Web. After I do a complete scan the buttons at the bottom (select all, cure, etc) are not enabled so I can click on them. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, you're doing something wrong. Assuming. Then turning to "Dr Web". Don't you use anti-virus software? If not, there's another something wrong.

Hi,
I am not a resident expert, but can you update and run Mbam?

I did run mbam but it hasn't resolved my problem of being able to get on the Internet. Any suggestions?
