My neighbor has an acer aspire one and I'm simply trying to give him a different desk top background and it just isn't working.

Anyone else have one of these little guy that managed to get themselves a background ?

By default, you cannot change the theme/background for the Starter edition of Windows 7. But there are workarounds...
