Unwanted up date?

Everytime I start my computer, I get a window asking permission to run this up date, SSBkgdUpdate.exe . It wont run and I cant get rid of it. Can some one tell me what it is and how to get rid of this annoying window? Thanks

This should explain things for you. It is some kind of Updater for one of your programs or Toolbars.
