I'm looking at this video card and I'm wondering if it would be good enough to run a game like Counter-Strike: Source or Call of Duty 4 at 40-60 FPS. I currently am looking at this processor combined with the above card or this card. To be honest, on a game like Counter-Strike Source, I get about 10-25 fps on average (Video stress test says that 20.80 something is average FPS) so you can see why I want to upgrade. What I want to know is, should I get the first card, or should I get the second card? Preferably rebates included, but not necessary. So, should I spend about 25 more bucks and get the 5670, or stick with the 5550?

Well, either card will give you better performance then you have now, but in my mind if you can afford it I think you would be happier with the 5670.

The 2nd cards rebate goes past Black Friday so maybe I can get it then. It seems like a steal for a card like for only 80 bucks. Maybe I'll get an even better deal around Black Friday as well, on both the card and processor if I'm lucky. I might even be able to upgrade my 2GB of ram to 4GB as well.
