hello, and thank you in advance for your help. I have an acer one netbook running xp. Just recently, my search engines (google, msn, etc) have been redirected. I have run various programs to try to remove, but to no avail.
I have no problem restoring the computer to factory settings to get rid of the problem, but keep getting a message saying my hard drive is not configured for a restore. Not sure what would be easier since I am a novice, removing the malware or restoring to factory settings. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
