Freezing Computer

My PC spec: OS: Window 7
Processor: Intel®Core™i7CPU 920@2.67Ghz 2.67Ghz
RAM: 6.00 GB (2.99 usable)
System Type: 32-bit OS
DISPLAY CARD: NVIDIA QUADRO FX380 LP

I have just bought this PC, but it seems like freezing all the time while I was middle of the work.
I have do a virus scan before but it doesnt solves the problem, I'm doubting its hardware configuration problem.
But I do not know how. Anyone would help here will be greatly appreciated.

Only use for 1 months. I'm wondering how come my RAM are 2.99 usable? suppose to be 4GB right?

32 bit Operating Systems only allow up to an estimate 3.25Gigs of RAM be usable. You will need a 64bit OS to utilize your 6Gigs of RAM.

Return cant solve the problem now. Troubleshooting is the only solution. Do anyone knows any software to detect those pc error?

If 1 month old computer is freezing, your only smart solution is to return it, but....
