display's when opening window's xp.pro error loading c:\docume~1\jackpi~1\cnmss what does this mean and how or what do I have to do to get round this?? assistance much appreciated! Cheers! :thumbup2:

Seems to be related to a Canon printer.

Probably malfunctioning printer software, if you have a Canon printer.

I'd take a look at the startups...anything related I would either disable...or reinstall the aforementioned software.
