My son's XP Professional desktop has ThinkPoint virus. Cannot get online. I can boot to safe mode w/ networking and run explorer.exe from task mngr., but I only have a small border of view surrounding the big ThinkPoint square, so
1) how do I open my flash drive that has Combofix on it so I can run it? And
2) Do I boot with the flash drive IN the USB drive? Thanks.
