I can't seem to find any info on Winstart.bat which Avast tells me it cannot read or open.

What is this file used for? Is it a virus? Should I remove it and How?

Thanks,

JimVT

This is a legit file in Windows 95 and 98.
If you're running different Windows version, it may be a malicious file.
