Dell Latitude D610 stopped working last week. Won't even get to any boot screen (not even the Dell Logo/BIOS boot screen).

I've pulled the HD and run CHKDSK from another computer. HD seems fine, no bad sectors or errors.

Could be a faulty power button? Bad memory?
When the power button is pressed, unit LEDs light up and HD begins to spin, then within 5 seconds computer shuts down.
This happens on AC power, on battery, and on AC with battery removed.

Any ideas?
