Windows Vista theme?

...Ok I was wondering if there is anyway I can install a theme on my computer. I have windows Vista.... It might sound ridiculous but I want a halo theme..lol. I tried windows blinds or something blinds...but yeah i had to get rid of it :( Please help me?

Do you mean having a desktop background? If thats what you mean, just look up any picture on the internet, right click on it -> Save picture as -> go to the folder where you saved it -> open it up -> right click on it again -> set as desktop background. ta-da!
You can also download a toolbar that lets you change your mouse into pretty much anything. Here's one:

I dont know any programs like windows blinds. Thats as much as I can help you with, sorry.
