I just did a stupid thing by clicking on a bot link on Yahoo IM. <_<

It was the standard "I just took an IQ quiz" thing, linking to:

After I clicked the link, it redirected me to a porn site, so I'm not sure if my PC got infected or not.

Anyways, how can I be sure my PC wasn't infected? I scanned it with Ad-Aware & Spybot, but nothing came up.

P.s.: I also use messengers for work, so it's quite important to know if it's infected or not.
