My mom went in to an ATT Store with the intent of getting iPhone 4's for her work. The sales guy said he would love to sell them because they cost so much but almost every single iPhone 4 he has sold ended up coming back broken somehow. So now it's back to the drawing board on what her work is going to get.

Is this just a bad batch that the store got or are iPhone 4's sold from a factory with drunken monkeys running the quality department?

Th iPhone4 has 2 "glass" sides to it they're not going to be too hard to break. That being said Blackberry's are fairly reliable and anything from Nextel (they have a nice LG/Android touchsceen similar to the iPhone but it's mil-spec so it's almost "indestructible")
