I started getting the "spooler subsystem app" and "generic host process for win 32" error messages and browser redirects. I had to rename Malwarebytes to get it to run and it found and deleted rootkit.tdss, trojan.dropper, trojan.DNSchanger viruses. But I still get the messages and redirects. I also ran ESET Online scanner and found win32/Kryptic.HYZ trojan and win32/Olmarik.agg it said it quarantined those. But I still have the same errors and redirects.

Not sure what else to do, any thoughts on getting rid of these viruses? I have a Win XP SP3 dell laptop.

Also I just used bleeping computer last week to clean off some nasty viruses. It seemed clear at the time based on the OTL and Combofix logs. Not sure if this is new or related.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
