Google Redirect to "Access Denied" XML Document - Win 7 64-bit

Alright wtf. I just tried to go to google and this is what i get:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<Message>Access Denied</Message>


When I refresh the page the hostid changes, everything else stays the same.

This is only happening on my computer, other computers on the network are fine.

I have multiple antivirus software (Win Security Essentials, Avast!, and AdAware) and I don't think I have a virus but it's possible.

All other websites work fine.

In the past Google has redirected to a nonexistent USA Today page, but that hadn't happened since I reformatted my computer about 4 months ago.

Any ideas what's is going on?

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9,which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic,thanks.
