I think I have a Google redirect virus, but I haven't been able to fix it using the advice I've seen online.

When I search in Google (using Firefox) and click results the first time, I get redirected to spam sites (the sites vary). If I go back and click the link again, the url I'm trying to reach does load.

I've run Spybot (BotCheck and immunizations enabled), Malwarebytes (quick scan), TrojanRemover and HitmanPro. TrojanRemover and HitmanPro both found a couple things, but I'm still having this problem. How can I take care of this issue?

Thank you for your help.
