I've been working on a problem in the Web Browsing forum and was advised to post in this forum to get help.

Here's a link to the thread:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic357934.html/page__p__1999857__fromsearch__1#entry1999857

In short, I don't know if I have a virus or not, however the last question in my other thread had to do with the svchost process and its services.

Does anyone know how to find out if a service (inside a process) is faulty and what to do to fix it? Please see my screenshot from Process Explorer:

Anybody?

61 people have viewed this post as of November 13th, but no one has posted a reply.

Can I get some help, please?

BTW: I ran GMER very recently for 7 hours and it still hadn't completed. I think I'm infected with something that is blocking GMER.
