I'm getting all sorts of pop-ups, at my wit's end to remove the virus behind it.

Have had several various pop-up symptoms:
Registry Defender
search.6topsearches.com
Antivirus Shield (I think)
... and many others

I've used McAfee (useless), another forum's rkill.exe, Spyware Doctor, ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, SUPERAntiSpyware, and Uniblue RegistryBooster.
All of them find problems, and fix them, and then the virus is back.
I've seen this before as Vundo, but unable to get it fixed this time.

Please help!
