combofix for windows 7 64bit

A good friend of mine who is quite good with computers told me to get on this website and use combofix...problem is I have windows 7 64bit the only combofix I can find is for the 32bit... do I have any options or am I out of luck?

It is not recommended that you use Combofix without supervision.

ComboFix is not 64-bit compatible as explained in :step4: ComboFix usage, Questions, Help? - Look here

What specific issues are you having that requires using ComboFix?
