I have something on my computer that mimics a Windows error report box. I've all but decided this is a virus but when I run my Malewarebytes the virus won't let me up date it (It shuts down the whole computer) and when I do a scan it bypasses the virus like it's part of my normal files. I've also gone into my computer and tried to delete it but it keeps reappearing! If anyone can help me...... Please!

If you encounter any problems updating Malwarebytes through the program's interface (preferable method), then try manually downloading the latest database definitions from one of the following locations and just double-click on mbam-rules.exe to install:If you cannot use the Internet or download the file to the infected machine, download mbam-rules from another computer (family member, friend, library, etc), save to a USB stick or CD, transfer the file to the infected machine and double-click on it to install.
