"Clusters" critical error

I'm getting a critical error on my desktop that reads "damaged hard drive clusters detected. Private data is at risk". It does not provide a link. I am not sure if this is a virus trying to act like it's from my computer or if I have a hard drive problem. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

That's a rogue software, HDD/System/Smart Defragmenter
