Hello,

Hope someone can help?

Last night Internet stopped working, so turned off laptop and restarted. It asked for a disk check that ran through, then when logged in as usual rather going to desktop it showed black/blue screen with cursor only, unable to do anything else - can action by shift keys by pressing five times, this gets us to Ease of Access panel - but System Restore does not work, says it's already running - task manager disabled and cannot access, also control panel disabled - we can gain access to internet by going through ease of access panel and going to desktop then clicking internet explorer, but access to Internet only lasts for about 3 minutes only then all functions are disabled again,
