I am planning to buy a new gaming desktop(that I will build myself) this December. I have Windows 7 ultimate. Question is, can I install this OS on my incoming desktop using the same activation key? I mean will my old pc(the one im using now) and the incoming one can share it, and have updates, freebies, etc.?

Windows is licensed for one PC and one PC only. One Activation key, one OS, one PC.

Will it install? Yes.

Will it activate and update? Nope. Do`t believe so.

As was stated. One lic. = one key = installed on one PC.
