Good evening I am looking for some help. I recently let my 9 yr old look for some xbox hints on-line. Well leaving him and the computer unsupervised for 5 minutes has left me with all sorts of problems that I am trying to recover from. Help!!

System:
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 3

I am also getting a Generic Host Process for Win32 Services message here is the screen shot

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
