google redirect/generic host process Win 32 Services

Good evening I am looking for some help. I recently let my 9 yr old look for some xbox hints on-line. Well leaving him and the computer unsupervised for 5 minutes has left me with all sorts of problems that I am trying to recover from. Help!!
